None at all. Nothing good about this job.

This job is a fraud. The pay is inaccurate. The management is horrible. The job is unorganized. They treat their employees horrible. Management has unacceptable attitudes and don't carry themselves as professionals but expect you to. Lead by example. They don't pay you what your worth. They don't offer benefits. They just want you to come in shut up and work as their slaves and will not appreciate you for the work that you provide! Terrible place to work, I would not recommend this job to my worst enemy! They will crash and burn as a business soon anyways since they don't have their ducks in order. They keep losing valuable customers. Employees consistently quit here because of management and how this place is ran. It's ridiculous DO NOT WORK HERE you'll regret it!!!!!!!!

Upper management is a joke. CEO is never around the office and makes problems for everyone every time he shows up. He does not know what he is doing and it will become very apparent very quickly if you start working. The "pay increases with responsibility" is demonstrably a lie. Omar (Founder and CEO) will nickle-and-dime you down and not pay you what you deserve. Pays poverty wages and then doesn't think a $200 a month wage difference would matter. No benefits or employee discounts. Office is constantly running out of space. Current supervisor is impatient and short. Openly homophobic.
