I’ve really enjoyed my time at Undo so far. The leadership team put a lot of trust in the wider team to make decisions, learn from mistakes, and experiment with new ideas. There’s also a solid, well-defined personal development plan in place, with transparency around progression opportunities at any given time. It feels like a place where you’re encouraged to grow and take ownership.
Cons
There’s a lot of work going on right now, which can occasionally feel overwhelming. That said, with clear planning and prioritisation, it’s manageable and ultimately rewarding to see the impact of what we deliver.
