The best thing about working with The Underpinners is the people. Daniel and Stephen go out of their way to make sure that everyone they hire is a good fit, and over the years they have built up an amazing team. They clearly see the business as more than just a way to make money, and have created a great atmosphere to be a part of.
The work itself is challenging, but rewarding, and individual creativity and initiative is always encouraged. They always prioritize safety and quality of work, which is something I appreciate.
