Pros
My time at the Uncommon Individual Foundation was an amazing experience, they provided me relevant experience I needed to succeed in the work force. Some jobs I was tasked with handling were competitor reviews, marketing research, business analysis, and project management. The culture at UIF is very laid back, as long as you work hard and get your work done on time there are no problems at all.
Cons
Depending on the entrepreneurs sometimes there weren't projects available that fit your skill set or did not expose you to new skills.
