The only pros to this job are the staff; everyone here is so kind and fun to be around. It was enough to keep me there for two years.

The owners of the restaurant vacillate between wanting to vacation in Mexico for months at a time and deciding that they need to be on site every single day, breathing down people's necks. They even fired the General Manager to make themselves the GMs. They refused to promote me because I was vocal about shady business practices, like severely understaffing on a regular basis to save money. After quitting, they pretended not to know why and then lied to the rest of the staff about everything they said to me.
