Since the acquisition things have changed. It's no longer people over profit (but always strive to be profitable). I understand the reasons behind the latest mass layoff but I think it could have been used as an opportunity to bring up current employees instead of firing the old ones to make way for the new. We were told with the acquisition they would bring in new people and we would rise but they seem to bring in people at the top and then they bring in their people and the ones that built Unanet are pushed to the side instead of given opportunity. I understand it from a business perspective but it's sad to see the culture that Fran and Chris created and nurtured die.
