They really do their best to treat everyone like family. Everyone cares about each other, and is understanding when work-life balance clashes. Employee concerns do not go unaddressed.

Sometimes being like a family can mean bickering or disagreement like siblings. However, in the past few years they really did a good job at bringing the different departments together since they used to be separate and not really interact. I was technically hourly, but I was 8-5 office staff. The hours of the hourly factory floor workers are a little excessive.
