      Hard to meet your sales goal due to location, bad cliental, management gives no positive reinforcement and long hours of doing nothing due to lack of business.

      Management and employees are incredibly helpful, informative and flexible.

      Cons

      Schedule is somewhat demanding. You work every other weekend with limited time off during the week of weekends worked.
