The major benefit to working at UltraBac is the ability to work a flexible schedule. Management is more concerned with individual performance than employees who just want to put in meaningless hours. You will be involved in more aspects of the business than if you were at a bigger company; so be ready to multitask. Very casual daily working environment. Room to move up in the company for a motivated individual.

If you desire a regimented schedule and clearly defined responsibilities, this is not the place for you. This business has been around for 30 plus years, so it's not a glitzy new start-up; the facility and equipment are dated.
