Pros
Ultra-poly is extremely open to utilizing the potential people decide to live up to. They will give anyone a chance to prove themselves if they are motivated enough. They also have a great 401K plan
Cons
Ultra-poly is a relatively small corporation with 5 owners and 4 locations. They only recently passed the company down to the children and the profits are beings stretched thin considering they now have 3 more owners. They tend to pay under qualified or unqualified/uneducated people higher rates than their employee's with schooling and knowledge in some cases.
