Pros

- Co-workers depending on you & you're location - Besides that, absolutely none

Cons

- Management can't have one cohesive idea - Coporate is trying to turn this place into Jewel by trying different ideas every other week, none of which consist of better treatment of employees and lower prices or work for that matter - Under 24 hours each week even though when you start they specifically say you are to get no less than 24 - No pay increase every 3 months, also promised at start of job - Customers are rude, don't expect management to stand up for you when customer is completely in the wrong - Expect to be trained in different departments, never be paid more for it, be used because of this knowledge, and never move up to management

Pros

All I can say is I was able to support my family on this job (barely). Have been at Ultra for 13 years.

Cons

I have over 45 years experience in my field, and still feel like I am in some kindergarten - concentration camp when I am at work. This outfit like so many others, is extremely top-heavy and cuts corners every where else to try to make up for it. Like the old saying goes, too many chiefs, and not enough Indians! Supervisors and upper management come up with one idiotic idea after another to impress each other and keep their positions, and the company suffers for it.They have been taken over by Centrella and are only concerned about the bottom line. Because of all of this, SVT is not the company that it once was!
