Challenging and Rewarding Career! - Associate Manager Ultimate Medical Academy Employee Review

Pros

UMA is a metrics-based company that focuses on championing stuednt outcomes. Putting the student first is at the heart of the company's objectives. There is also a strong focus training and career development. The atmosphere is fun (remote and in-campus events), and the communication between leadership and reps is open and often. The benefits are outstanding, and the pay is (mostly) competitive. PTO is ample as well. I thoroughly enjoy my job and responsibilities at UMA.

Cons

I believe the starting pay for Associate Managers could be a little more than it currently is. The jump in salary from Rep to Associate Manager is less than expected.

Pros

Remote, fun environment, career advancement

Cons

Strict/unrealistic monthly performance goals which are based on the number of interviews and hires you get. If goals are not meet, you can be written up or terminated. Mentally and emotionally demanding which can lead to burn out, especially if you’re dealing with your own personal challenges.
