They will make it seem too good to be true in the interview - let me tell you: IT IS. The company is built like a pyramid scheme with an insanely high turnover rate. Jerry said multiple times that he reserves the right to not pay employees at all for the week if they miss one day. This would be used as a tactic to scare people into committing 60 hour work weeks with no sick days or time off for doctors appts, etc.
