Long hours, standing for long time, must be prepared for weather

The coworkers are real nice and honestly the best part.

The downside is what you apply for isn't at all what you interview for. The first position you can get into is client representative, you're outside from 1130/12ish and can't go back to the office until 630pm, but you have to be there by 930am. You get there so early for "learning." Which is teaching you how to get people to donate, how to build relationships so they'll give more money. There's no chairs to sit on while you wait for leaders to come in so you're literally standing all day. You're outside in the heat, the storms, the cold and expected to get donations at least of 400 a day. There's this push for always being positive 100% of the time and if you lose that attitude then that's why you didn't get donations. It's all a scam. You start with making 100$ a day but once you move up the next level it's solely commission. Some locations don't even want you there, like managers will come out and yell at you about being there. It's not worth the money you're paid nor is it worth the amount of time you're spending doing it.
