-Amount of variety that comes with the job (marketing, negotiating, supply chain, product design, etc.) -A lot of responsibility and ownership of your product early on. -Great benefits and year end bonuses. -Company is growing at a fast pace each year. Very stable. -Very collaborative and team-oriented culture. -Exposure to key decision makers in the company and many opportunities to give your opinion to them. -Company is willing to invest in any resource you need to do your job well.
Cons
-Lack of flexibility with WFH, but this also creates a clear separation between work and home life. Not expected to work when you are not in the office or on PTO.
