Pros

Nice bonuses, nice co-workers, fast paced work environment, receive holiday gift and good bonuses

Cons

Not understanding of family emergencies, cannot call in sick, not understanding that life happens and sometimes things happen out of your control, allows customers to belittle you and be completely rude to you, dress code is extremely strict. Even if you have FMLA they dont care and say your performance is below standard. Have to call in 24 hours in advanced and still will count as unexcused. Does not allow holidays off (does not accept religious exemptions) and picks and chooses when you can use your PTO. Really hard to move up in company, must work in customer service for atleast 3 years first. Predominantly white employees.

Great company to work for. Managers are fair and transparent. Feels like family. Pay good too.

Pros

Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros

Cons

Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
