The health and safety of Uline employees is our top priority. We have instituted numerous changes to normal operating policies to adapt to the changing needs of our employees.
We have limited in-person work to employees whose presence is required to meet essential services and cannot be completed remotely. Over 80% of employees in non-warehouse positions are now working remotely.
Significant technology investments have been made to enable thousands of employees to work from home, including the majority of our call center employees who handle 35,000+ calls and email daily.
