Pros
The team and people are excellent to work with. Each person is an professional in their field and bring a lot to the table. It feels more like a group of experts instead of some company hierarchal structure. The product is awesome and I'm very excited to see it launched. The vision for the company is massive, but feels attainable with this team.
Cons
This is a true startup. Need to wear a lot of hats, be self motivating, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed. If you don't like ambiguity in your job this may not be the place for you. If you like being scrappy and making things work come on over.
