Pros
Great colleagues. Various opportunities to learn. Hectic work load hence, great of beginners to sharpen their skills. Good location, busy street, easy public transport access.
Cons
Non supportive management. No work life balance. Late sittings. Ridiculous rules such as pay cut for 5 mins late but no extra pay for late sitting. Unrealistic expectation from CEO. High employee churn due to non-cooperative and toxic behaviour of management. Compensation doesn't match market.
