Work here only if you do not have any job in hand

- You can be fired any day without notice for no reason - Your salary can be hold without any reason - They let you work for a month and hold the salary on salary day. - They force you to put down papers when they needed - They treat you angel for initial one or two month, you will be evil even if you are giving best performance - They treat their employees like a dog - They are unprofessional, use desi language and abuse on work. - The work culture is pathetic and no more word to say - They have never done full and final of any employees. - They has eaten lot vendors payment as well - They hire and fire without information to head of the departments

This company is one of the few companies in the real estate sector that has such a positive, motivating and professional work environment. I have learned a lot after joining this company. It gives each employee a platform to grow and show their talent as well as boost their confidence to take independent decisions.

They should have more office/team parties.
