Cons
–It's a startup, so things change frequently. Not the job for you if you want super clear long-term goals and consistency.
– Sometimes we can go so fast that we make mistakes that could have been prevented
– We're still figuring out structural stuff like engineering ladders, how often to do reviews, consistent org, etc. We continue to improve on it but people who need this sort of thing locked in place might be uncomfortable.
