Pros
The account I got into was not toxic. Management of that specific account was nice, my peers were very friendly and supportive. I can't speak for the environment of the other acxounts though.
Cons
Ubiquity as a company is not very employee friendly. The HR never answers important emails unless it's them having to deduct an amount from your payroll. They have multiple cases in DOLE here in the Philippines. Always have disputes in our salary. Salary is delayed most of the time. During pandemic, they are one of the companies that required employees to be on-site even though cases of the virus was still rampant. You work with tools for so long on a certain role and they won't help you get certified. Does not support career growth if you are aiming for a different career path.
