      Company has downsized staff over the past year due to the outbreak, but business has steadily picked up. Staff has been tasked with doing more work with fewer people.

As an essential employer we struggled during this time to bring qualified candidates due to the pandemic and the increased unemployment benefits. Since November, we have been fully staffed and our employees are enjoying the work life balance they are accustomed to.

      Pros

      Sometimes in a remote role you can feel like you are in a silo. That is not the case here. The sales teams can be thousands of miles apart but we are constantly communicating and never feel like we are a team of one.
