Pros
Customer are easy to deal with, decent comp plan. Try to stay out there in the industry and not considered bigger than what we really are.
Cons
Taiwan is in completely in control! The President will not blow her nose without their permission. She has a title, but zero authority Nobody can or will stand up to them. They have no concept of the markets they sell to, but are completely dependent on the team in the US for their jobs.
