Pros
Close-knit team, well-run office, flexible when it came to shift patterns, medical needs etc, managers and directors always supportive in terms of career development and providing training. Pay was good for the stage of career I was in and always paid on time, open to conversations about bonuses/increases where relevant.
Aware is a negative review for this company and am pretty sure I and everyone else who worked there at that time knows who that is from and that what she has written isn't valid. Never had any issues similar to those she has described and doubt anyone else has either so don't let that put you off!
Cons
Nothing apart from having to get into central London during rush hour but even that isn't necessary anymore as believe mostly home-based now.
