Pros

friendly managers, close-knit team, loads of opportunities to learn and develop in what you enjoy the most (or do a bit of everything), central location It is the ideal company to start your career in digital marketing Managers are constantly checking with you to make sure you are happy with what you do and have all the information you need; they explain extensively every task and invest a lot of time in training. Training period is 3 months and you get regular performance reviews so you know what you need to improve and to share any concerns with the managers. The team feels like a family. Make sure you keep the managers up to date with what you work on and keep on top of your tasks and you should be fine. Every 6 months, you can get promoted if you're doing well You can work from home when you tell the managers about it in advance

Cons

It's always busy, especially towards the end of the month - it is easy to forget tasks if you do not record them somehow!

Pros

Close-knit team, well-run office, flexible when it came to shift patterns, medical needs etc, managers and directors always supportive in terms of career development and providing training. Pay was good for the stage of career I was in and always paid on time, open to conversations about bonuses/increases where relevant. Aware is a negative review for this company and am pretty sure I and everyone else who worked there at that time knows who that is from and that what she has written isn't valid. Never had any issues similar to those she has described and doubt anyone else has either so don't let that put you off!

Cons

Nothing apart from having to get into central London during rush hour but even that isn't necessary anymore as believe mostly home-based now.
