Pros
Flexible scheduling which was great for school and great supervising staff which were attentive and always there if I needed anything.
Cons
One of the negatives is that the hospital is a very large place. If your coming from a smaller work environment the initial process can be quite daunting, but the organization does its best to accommodate.
