Pros
Really good benefits, it is a really great hospital to be a part of, a lot of research is tied to it. There seems to be a lot of potential to grow within the company.
Cons
Personally not a fan of the area. It takes some time to get used to the area and finding your way area the hospital. Orientation was not the best. I had to figure out a lot on my own.
