Pros
genuine good people, Many are doing their best to win a lose-lose battle that is more patients, sicker patients, less doctors, angry doctors, patients with outrageous expectations and limited resources.
Cons
barely any true onboarding for leaders. No mentors so leaders have to figure everything out on their own. Poor balance sheet and lower revenues mean short staffing. No layoffs yet, but with attrition that may not happen.
