Favourism Politics Poor management HR dept. Not in existent

No pros at all as of now

No increments No bonus No PF and other benefits No basic facilities like AC not working since 2 years but no response & Cool water No respect for employees Only TLs are the boss here Few TLs will torture, will show favorism and do so much of politics Here no work for few TLs We have to ask continuously for salary & OT money to get on time OT money also they won't give on time (will take more than 4 months to get one month OT money) Full of politics No proper management & no ethics.
