Pros

Umm its a job, they pay you (decent pay), and you get benefits. If you have a good local manager, which I do, then you are fine on reviews/feedback/time off etc. Otherwise, upper-management in the MidCentral Region (Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa) is horrible and on a path to make it worse

Cons

They have a incredible Belief & Value structure with-in the company, but they don't LIVE those beliefs. Everyone in upper-management is a YES person, they get there by kissing butt and telling their manager how awesome their ideas are (thats how you get promoted). If you disagree, then they will find a way to get rid of you. Store Sales Associates have it worse, there are a handfull of rules that you can break and literally be fired on the spot, NO SECOND CHANCE, your just done. And unfortunately, you come across those situations on a daily basis. Associates are most important (they deal with customers) then 2nd would be "middle-managment" (sales managers, account executives, account managers, business development). The middle managers work hard to keep the business afloat, and the upper-management come up with ridiculous ideas to rip it down.. Also being held back are our Agent Store Locations, they get nothing and horrible treatment.. I overall give the company about 3 years, they won't be around much longer. Or at least not in the form that we see today.
