Pros
The people I’ve worked with at the same level have been some of the best people I’ve ever known.
Cons
Used to be one of the best companies to work for. But they don’t seem to care about their low level employees anymore. They don’t take their time to train anyone. They train bad managers who then train bad employees. They also cut pay so long term employees don’t feel valued anymore.
