Pros
Good atmosphere and worked around mostly good people. They have had some growing pains, so job security is not what it once was. The change in executive leadership has not helped maintain the level of trust once had for that level in the organization.
Cons
Seems like they are being groomed for a buyout. You will need to consider the uncertainty of the company's future before making a decision to pursue a job with them.
