Pros
Working in an engineering department I have found US Cellular to be very open and overall a good place to work. Like any place it is not perfect and it all depends who you work with but overall I have found the leadership in general to be competent. The company does have culture if a bit cult like (drink the kool-aid) but at the same time does believe in team building and as such most groups morale are fairly high.
Cons
It's not a very large company and as all things in the wireless industry you wonder if and when you're going to be bought out.
