Pros

Good medical benefits, great work enviroment

Cons

- Small places to work. A desk of 1.5m x 0.7m. - Take a lot time to home to work because doesn't exists a good transportation - The HR and administration department don't listen the employee's need - False promises of projects - It is very difficult to move to other projects - False promises of increased salaries. - Human Resources does not know the capabilities of your staff - You can only be promoted to other opportunities if you are known/friend to the manager of some testing projects - It takes a long time to assign a computer to work or be in trainings.
