Management should have discretion skills to identify which all are talented & genuine in compared to the fake resources. In Bangalore its 80% packed with Telugu resources. In that 80% proportion - 80 % are fake and they are been hired with enormous salary. Hence a big chance that genuine and talented resouces good experience have tendency to move out from UST. This may bring down the productivity and quality and lead to loss of clients/ business in long run
