Pros
If you can't get hired anywhere else, and you work cheap enough, they'll hire anybody 👍 Also, the staff is actually really hard working and tightly knit, and can be really supportive when management isn't trying to make us hate each other.
Cons
Awful, everyone hires their friends or family members...and I mean everyone. So much favoritism and nepotism, it's appalling. So stressful, you can never do enough here, they act as if you should be thankful for a 3 day weekend, but they don't close for Christmas or New Years Eve, people still have to work even though it's so slow. Never set up for success, it's all about who you know there and they will help you, little to no training and all over the place. So disorganized, and other staff are expected to perform their roles as well as train other when new hires come in. No training management or thorough product training. If you can do okto well here, either you are really shady or you should definitely take your talents elsewhere, because if you can make it here, you can get 5x as much anywhere else. Every Dept is under staffed, including management, but the CEO is the worst! He acts nice, but has told us, his staff in team meetings/email blasts, repeatedly, that we don't work hard enough and that anyone of us are replaceable with people who "really want to work" and we have no reason to complain about anything because we have it the best here, no other companies are going to "offer" as much as they do. Oh! And they totally post fake reviews on here and I mean multiple, like more than 10 lol and very obvious, they don't even try to hide it. Again, do yourself a favor and never let this company in your life. Last thing, they were the worst about company culture and sick time and mental health ESPECIALLY during COVID and 2020, this is when the CEO was so encouraging and motivated us with his passionate speech about how we need to work harder because we have the easiest job in the company, and all we do is make money, so....we should make it.... Yep, real cool, dude.
