      Pros

      The Classroom information is helpful in your job The Instructor of the classroom was good and explained everything and no question was a stupid question Get your own work truck and not have to pay out of your pocket for gas

      Cons

      Supervisors have an attitude and don't communicate well The difference of information in the classroom and out on the field is out of this world. (I know there would be a difference between the 2 but not this much) They didn't really help with anything and it seemed as if you were just annoying them constantly

      - Flexible schedule - Some voluntary overtime if production needs allow it - Company truck and gas card

      Cons

      - Working in 100+ degree weather - Supplies can be hard to get at times. - Pay isn't great compared to similar positions with different companies, especially given the workload. - Mandatory weekend OT rotations - One week long On-call rotations
