Pros
Not one person of color in leadership which translates to the workplace . The good ol boys club is at 100% occupancy! They fulfill the “diversity” quota by hiring staff with Hispanic origin last names.
Cons
National implements standards and policies that regional offices do not comply with, there is no structure or continuity in roles from office to office. There isn’t a clear Bonus or Raise structure.No professional advancement once hired.
