Affinity has an enviable "A" list of association clients located primarily in the Northeast. There is strong focus on benefits selling in the PA market . With effective marketing management there is a vast untapped opportunity for growth among the affinity clients.
Cons
Leadership is a relvoving door with a new marketing manager every year so there is no brand consistency. Over half of the c-suite leadership has departed in the last two years. Brokerage model while an effective defense in benefits marketplace has played havoc with affinity groups who need exclusive programs. There are no effeciencies with each acquistion as the existing systems are maintained. Some clients are billed separately from multiple systems depending upon their lines of coverage.
