This place is simply amazing because everyone is so down-to-earth and connected. The atmosphere is great, and the whole team is super pumped and truly works together. Everyone has excellent work habits, and there’s a real sense of community here. The new office is fantastic, too. It’s a huge, spacious, professional building where we take up the whole floor. We have great separate rooms, a beautiful lunchroom, and plenty of nice, clean restrooms. We all had a blast at the Thanksgiving party, and we have another holiday party coming up next week! It feels great to be part of such a professional and connected team.

One challenge within the organization is that the management team can sometimes be overly tolerant when addressing problematic behavior. While their patience and willingness to give employees multiple chances reflects compassion and fairness, it unfortunately allowed a toxic individual to remain in the office longer than was healthy for the team. This created unnecessary tension and disruption before the situation was finally resolved through termination.

Working here has been an extremely rewarding experience! I came into the role with no legal background, but with the support and training I received, I quickly became confident in the industry and in assisting clients with their incorporations and business filings. I really enjoy working with clients to help them navigate through their (sometimes complex) filings, and the recognition and appreciation we get daily is amazing. Management genuinely cares about each employee's growth and takes the time to provide guidance, feedback, and opportunities to advance. You don't feel like a cog in a machine here - everyone is open to suggesting ideas and trying new methods, all with the same purpose of making our processes more efficient and customer-focused. Hard work never goes unnoticed, and successes are celebrated across the office. The team culture is one of the best parts of working here. It is highly collaborative and team-oriented, which works amazingly with the wonderful staff - everyone is always willing to help one another whenever needed.

There's always room to grow, and I know everyone is working hard towards it
