* No salary hikes even if you complete 2yrs also in this consultancy * they do not have dare to escalate/talk to client teams regarding salary hikes * there is no portal access to employee * if you want to check your payslips, leave balance you should drop an email to your HR. there is no other way * Do not trust this consultancy if you working in a client location as a contractor under payroll of US Tech * they will give you only 4days time to relieve from the client company, they won’t inform you at-least 1month prior your contact end or they won’t pay you 1month salary for removing us immediately. * HR's they will tell you lot of stories before you accept an offer letter(like we are CMM LVL4 consultancy, We will give Hikes perfectly after you complete 1yrs, and we will push you to make as permanent employee,,, blah blah ) ... Don't Trust, believe me they are only stories. * No Bonus * No awards or encouragement (my colleagues they are getting Bonus, hikes, gifts, festival surprises from their consultancies like TekSystem, Collabra) * Leaves(all your leaves will be elapsed by month MARCH in every year, no chance to CARRY FORWARD, they won’t mention this in our offer letters)
