* Please be cautious that they always hire for contract-to-hire model (C2H) in which you will be fired as soon as the project is over. Though they claim that you are a permanent employee of USSG, that is not the actual case. In my case, I was sent out after 3 months. * They are officially delaying the full and final settlement by sending an email to you on your last working day, which is not mentioned in your offer letter or even said orally. But unofficially, they will take their own sweet time for me; they took 5 months, and for one of my friends, it was a year. In this period, they will not pick up their mobile phones or respond to emails. * From top management to the ground, all of them are unprofessional guys. * Please think twice before you join this organization (oops, sorry man power consultancy), it is highly risk to sign with them.
