Company is growing very very fast Promotion opportunities as they are hiring many people Business is booming, managed care is booming for the next few years
Cons
Long long hours, weekends and holiday work expected Many depts have very low moral due to some archaic punative management styles Human resources is out of touch, I quote "pharmacists are spoiled and overpaid" has been overheard lately from them.
