Unfortunately with USOSM managing the practice employees, it is difficult to stay positive. PIP culture is prominent. It feels like they are waiting for you to mess up to document it. I've been doing great at my job, especially juggling 2 positions at the same time, but there is no appreciation for that. I've been PIPed for things I have nothing to do with just to satisfy a "higher-up" with someone to blame.
