Under the second Trump administration the employee experience drastically changed for the worse. Open communication between functional groups and between senior leaders and staff essentially ceased. The bureau abandoned it's thoughtful and logic driven approach for rash political driven whims. As a contracting proffesional it was alarming to witness core principles of the field being abandoned.
