      Pros

      Some quality tools. Some good inspectors.

      Cons

      Their in house training is not recognized by any authoritative agency. Unprofessional software that wastes your time. Talent leaves quickly. They cover themselves by having current employees put out 5 star reviews.They overcharge customer to make up for the small amount inspector gets. Management has less knowledge then the inspectors their training.

      The reporting software is the best in the industry. I complete my reports onsite. I no longer have to write reports when I return home.

      Cons

      Growing company that needs time to reach their goals and a reliable team to help. Tough market right now.
