      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Too many. This organization doesn't just lack the experienced leadership, but the HR department needs guidance. This company lacks too much of what it needs to overcome its deficiencies. I have seen this happen before. I am reviewing from many different industries, and especially in start up work experiences.

      Pros

      Working in an industry that gives back. We do so much for so many. Love this!

      Cons

      Corporate culture continues to struggle with consistency, or lack there of. So many concerns have been raised and nothing is done. Corporate HR is a joke - have the courage folks. There are problems that you know about and continue to overlook.
