Pros

None except a weekly paycheck.

Cons

They do not value their employees or their clients. Just get the money from clients, that's all they care about. They keep employees that have questionable backgrounds and criminal records. They allow certain employees to get away with more than others. Favoritism at it's finest. They over promise their employees, but do not deliver on those promises. Their benefits were also terrible.

Pros

free lunch, coworkers are all cool.

Cons

no management, you will sit making 40-70 cold calls a day to people who visited the website hoping maybe 2-3 call you back or send you an email, also your number will show up as spam for at least 3 months. Most people you talk to tell you they are doing it the SAM for free. New reps get no inbound leads until you "prove yourself" with no clear guideline on what is required to get there. They will tell you in the interview that you will make $150k a year and use examples from people who have been there for 5+ years to hook you into the position, but these reps have already built a book of business and are given inbound leads, you WILL NOT make anything significant your first year +, you will make $560 a week in a draw cold calling until maybe you get a good couple of sales and have a good week. but that's all it is, a good week, there is no consistency. the training you will get are from other reps, the management is non existent, the spiffs are all focused around catering to senior reps who have renewals they can call. I started with one other person in my group and he quit before I did, before our 3 month "training" period was over. The only person I could recommend this job to is someone who has literally no life expenses and can afford to go a year or 2 without making any income while you try to grow your book of business. I have been in multiple sales positions and this was absolutely the worst sales job I've ever had starting as a new employee.
