Good place for the ones that enjoy learning, adapting, and working in a dynamic setting, This can be a great place to grow professionally. Another positive is the relatively low level of office politics, which helps create a more straightforward and focused work environment.
Cons
One area for improvement is the benefits package, which is fair but not especially competitive. In addition, because there are no on-site HR department, employee engagement and internal support can sometimes feel limited.
