Pros
The benefits are exceptional such as paid time off, insurance, employee stock purchase plan. The company as a whole AmerisourceBergen showcase different events.
Cons
AmerisourceBergen is an awesome company you just have to find the best subsidary to work for they have great ones and horrible ones and US Bioservice is a horrible one. The turn over rate is out of control. More than 5 supervisors left during my tenure. Along with several leads and PCC's. Some managers lack knowledge and people basic people skills.
